La realizzazione del Drago è completamente metallica con l'aggiunta di mattoni refrattari sul fondale del focolare.
La robustezza e la perfetta funzionalità sono, da sempre, le principali caratteristiche tecniche della SACAR e DRAGO rispetta dette peculiarità. Il frontale, grazie anche alle portine a vento, ha uno specifico design e con il particolare pannellino in rame sbalzato sul frontale della cappa, ne rendono una linea sobria e armoniosa.

Con i girarrosti a legna si ha la possibilità, ad apparecchiature ferme avanti al fuoco, di far girare uno o più spiedi, riducendo così il tempo di cottura e conseguentemente il consumo di legna.

Avec les rôtissoires au feu de bois, il est possible de faire tourner une ou plusieurs broches, en installant les appareils devant le feu, ce qui permet de réduire les temps de cuisson et d’économiser la consommation de bois.
